Adventure Island @ The Centre of Elgin Private Pool Rentals
Make a real splash with your friends when you invite them to your private pool party! Adventure Island is available for rental on a first come first served basis. Reservations are available on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 5pm. To book your party, please stop by in-person at the Adventure Island Pool Desk, or email the completed Pool Rental Agreement to Steve Gard at gard_s@cityofelgin.org.
Reservations need to be secured a minimum of 14 days in advance.
Availability
Any two or three hour window on Saturdays and Sundays between 5:30pm & 8:30pm; preferred start time is 5:30pm. For example, a two hour rental would take place from 5:30pm-7:30pm and a three hour rental would take place from 5:30pm-8:30pm.

*2 hour minimum is required & full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given for cancellations if the cancellation request is received a minimum of 7 days prior to the rental.
In the event of inclement weather, including thunder and lightning, the renter can either (1) reschedule the rental for another day, provided that facility is available and not already rented or (2) cancel your rental and receive a full refund. Please note that rescheduling or cancelling due to weather must be done at least two hours prior to the start of your rental.
