The Heritage Ballroom is available to the public for weddings, parties, and other special events. The Heritage Ballroom features a catering/teaching kitchen, bar facilities, a dance floor, sound system, private entrance, and a coatroom.  Contact our professional banquet/event coordinators at 847-531-7047 or at banquets@cityofelgin.org to set up a tour to see our beautiful Heritage Ballroom and start planning your event.

We offer a variety of birthday party venues which include the pool, climbing wall, or multi-purpose gym. For a description of our party packages, go to Birthdays.

Availability is on a first come, first serve basis.  All parties must be booked with a minimum of 14 days in advance at the main courtesy desk. Party maximum is 40 guests including all children.
