Arthritis Foundation Fitness (60 min) – All levels
Promotes physical activity to help manage arthritis symptoms and improve mobility, strength, and physical function.
Barre (55 min) – All levels
Strengthen and lengthen arms and legs using a ballet barre, while increasing core strength.
Barre, Bands & Balls (45 min) – All levels
Build stamina and strength with lighter weights and longer work periods for improved fitness.
Chair Yoga (45 min) – All levels
Chair‑based yoga that helps with balance, flexibility, posture, and muscular endurance.
Cycle (45/60 min) – All levels
Cardio cycling with structured intervals and active recovery.
Floor Core (30 min) – All levels
Core‑focused exercises to strengthen and stabilize.
Foam Rolling (45 min)
Self‑myofascial release to improve flexibility, blood flow, and muscle recovery.

A slow and gentle yoga practice that focuses on making it easier to get into posture.
Hula Hoop & Move (45 min) – All levels
