Hello! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been practicing for 15 years. I attended school at Cortiva Institute. I specialize in deep tissue, sports and injury/post-op rehab. I’m also versed in cupping, myofascial scrapping and other modalities. I look forward to working with you!

I enjoy most holistic healing modalities, massage therapy is my favorite. There is not a part of the physical or spiritual being that it does not positively affect. Soderworld Wellness Center & Academy and Elgin Community College are 2 of my sources of higher learning. They have helped refine my palpation and problem solving skills. My specialties are Deep Swedish Massage, Sports Massage and Post Surgery/Recovery massage. I have lived in Elgin for 10 years and I look forward to sharing my skills with the members and guests at The Centre of Elgin. Thank you!

Hi! My work focuses on a therapeutic combination of restorative and relaxation massage. Each session is tailored to your individual needs. I love to incorporate techniques such as myofascial release, cupping, and assisted stretching to reduce tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Prenatal massage is also available, as well as sessions in English or Spanish.
