U-46 Summer Connections

Elgin Parks and Recreation U-46 Summer Connection

Elgin Parks and Recreation has partnered with District U-46 to provide an exciting enrichment summer program for District U-46 students. The program will be held in a variety of locations in Elgin. Children will participate in crafts, STEM activities, team building, sports, fitness group games, and more, in this fun and safe summer camp atmosphere.

Eligibility Requirement:

  • Must be a current District U-46 student
  • Student must be entering 1st – 6th grade
  • Must register by May 10th to receive U-46 transportation services
  • Students must self-certify daily that they do not have a fever or any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19

Additional Program Information

  • Registration is for the full six weeks of the program June 14 – July 22
  • Full day program is Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 4 pm; Half day program is Monday – Thursday, 1 pm – 5 pm
  • Masks will be required at all times
  • Lunch will be provided
