Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Cardio Combo - All levels! Cardiovascular exercises and strength training mixed together for faster fat burn.

Cardio Blast & Burn -All levels! Cardio and strength training intervals! Boost your metabolism! Sculpt your body!

CCT – Cardio Circuit Training – Intermediate! Bike, step, Hi/Low Aerobics, and Kickboxing moves will keep your heart pumping. Also, Pilates/core floor work.

Core Xtreme – All levels! Tone and sculpt core, glutes, and thighs with total body exercises.

Cycle – All levels! Stationary biking featuring climbs, jumps, sprints, and outher various runs. Water bottle and towel required.

Cycle Sculpt – All levels! Stationary biking followed by strength training for the best of cardio resistance training.

Cycle Stretch – All levels! Stationary biking folloed by static stretching to reduce stress in the muscles and joints.

Flexi-Blast – All levels! Flex-Tubing is used for muscle endurande, toning, fat burning, and even Cardio!

Guts, Butts & Dance – All levels! Dance choreography will make toning your gut & butt fun! It’s a toning party!

Guts, Butts & What – All levels! Learn how to taget your Core wihile working the upper body, lower body, or whole body with resistance or just your own body weight and balancing techniques.

Hard Core 1 – All levels! A mini circuit utilizing body bars, Bosu, power lunges, and drills.

Hard Core 2 – All levels! Standing and floor exercises utilizing stability balls and medicine balls.

Interval Cycle – Intermediate! Cross training utilizing weights & resistance bands off the bike…hills, sprints, and flats on the bike.

Kettlebell - Intermediate! This total body workout will blast calories, sculpt lean muscles, strenthen your core & improve posture and balance.

Kick Pump – Intermediate! Cardio kickboxing, weights, and step are blended for a total body workout.

Kickbox Cardio Camp -All levels! Kickboxing, bootcamp, and cardio drills. rounds consist of heavy bag, weights, medicine ball and footwork drills. Gloves and/or handwraps are needed.

Kickbox Cardio Low – All levels! Build core strength and balance using controlled kicks/punches on a heavy baf. Bosue, stability ball, step and low impact cardio moves.

Pilates – All levels! Build core strength and balance. Restore natural alingment. Improve mobility, flexibility, tone, and overall body awareness.

Pilates Plus – Intermediate! Pilates with a little more intensity using light weights, tubing, and stability ball for more intense core and balance training.

Reps and Sets – All levels! Strength training with weights…intervals of 3-5 minutes for each muscle group.

Round 12 – All levels! Go at your own pacr for twelve 3-minute rounds of Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA/Cross-Fit Training. Gloves and/or handwraps are needed.

Senior Fit Classes – 55 years and up. Low impact movements and resistance training. We include Tai Chi, Pilates, and Step classes.

Step – All levels! Easy to follow choreography using one or two boards with enhancements for the more advanced Stepper!

Step n’ Pump – Intermediate! Step choreography coupled with Body Bar work.

Tai Chi – All levels! Tai Chi is a gentle physical exercise and stretching – it is Yoga in motion. Tai chi is used to: Reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve muscle strength and definition, increase energy, stamina and agility.

Yoga – All levels! Reduce stress via deep breathing; increase strength, flexibility, and balance via structured poses…healing the body, mind and spirit.

Yoga / Pilates – Blending disciplines develops core strength/breath work, tones muscles, increases flexibility, and reduces stress.

The options listed above will be based on a three month session, coinciding with the Parks and Recreation Department seasonal program brochure. Expiration dates will apply.

Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no credit or refund for unused punches. All punch passes expire the last day of the session. Participants must be at least 14 years of age.

The one year unlimited pass, is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The quarterly unlimited pass is valid for three months from the date of purchase. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
